Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

From the Customer: name, phone number and, optionally, email; invitation details (names, date, venue, texts, uploaded photos).

From guests: the name entered in the RSVP form, the attendance reply, the number of people and an optional note; the name and message written on the memory wall.

Technical: to count invitation link opens — the device type (phone/computer), the country, and a non-reversible code derived from the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored). For security, failed login and order attempts are logged for a short period.

Bank card details are not collected — payment is processed on Kapital Bank's page.

2. Why we use it

To display the invitation, deliver guest replies to the Customer's dashboard, fulfil the order and contact the Customer.

Data is not used for advertising, is not sold and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

3. Who can see it

Guest replies and messages are visible only to the owner of the invitation (the Customer) in their dashboard. Messages on the memory wall are visible to anyone who opens the invitation; the Customer can delete any message.

Invitation pages are not indexed by search engines and can only be opened by someone who has the link.

4. Where it is stored

Data is stored on Supabase servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt); the website runs on the Vercel platform. A daily backup is kept confidentially on the same infrastructure and deleted after 30 days.

5. Cookies

The website uses only essential cookies: the dashboard login session, remembering a guest's previous reply, and the bride's side / groom's side link tag. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Mobile app

The “Devetname” Android app uses the same server as the website and collects no additional personal data. Your dashboard session is kept in the device's encrypted storage and removed when you tap “Log out”.

The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. The photo picker opens only when you add a photo, using the system picker; the app does not access your gallery at any other time.

Accounts are created on the website after an order; to delete your account and all data, write to the e-mail below.

7. Retention and deletion

The invitation and its data are kept indefinitely so that the link stays open. The Customer may request deletion of the invitation and all guest data; the request is fulfilled within 10 business days.

A guest may request deletion of their reply from the owner of the invitation or from us.
